Our beautiful, historic space is located in the heart of the Woodstock Square and is used for a variety of social and creative uses, as well as an amazing indoor photoshoot location for both photographers and filmmakers.
When you rent our venue, you have many options when it comes to service. We have multiple different food and drink packages available to meet your needs. The venue is the the perfect spot for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, launch parties, corporate dinners, weddings, surprise parties, small events and classes. Our spacious loft-like studio is roomy enough for groups of up to 150, but can also be arranged to fit a smaller, more intimate event as well. Our studio can also be rented out to with photography services for your event or simply as a photography studio for the sole purpose of a private studio for a one-time shoot.
We have multiple packages available to fit your food and drink needs. We have an experienced culinary staff as well as a portable bar and are able to provide liquor, beer, and wine. Our event staff is available to serve, bartend, cook, set up, and take down your event as well, leaving you to simply enjoy your time!
Rates for weekdays may be lower depending on event. Please contact our event coordinator for custom quote. Our party packages include (but not limited to): baby showers, bridal showers, first birthday parties, kids birthday parties, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, pop-up shops, book clubs, photo shoots, film shoots, birthday party venue, baptism and christening party venue, small wedding venue, cooking classes, supper clubs and community dinners, workshops, meetings, meet ups and classes. We work with professional photographers as well so feel free to ask about our event photography and photo booth services!
